Mark Taylor Support Ltd is excited to announce that we will soon be launching our Social 16+ project.

This project will have a focus on providing small group support opportunities for service users 16 and over, as well as linking in with existing and new 1:1 and 2:1 support work for our 16+ service users. The project will also be working closely with our successfully established Life Skills Project.

The project will be led by our new Social16+ Project Manager – Leanne Hammond.

We will be holding a Service User, Parent and Carers open consultation evening on Monday 3 June 2019 between 5pm and 8pm at Hollinswood Community Centre, 7 Downemead, Telford TF3 2EW.

We would welcome people to attend as an opportunity to gain further information about the project but most importantly to share ideas and feedback about the type of support and activities that they feel are needed as we are committed to ensuring service users and their families remain at the centre of the planning and delivery of the project from its outset.

The project aims to offer positive support opportunities whilst focussing on increasing independence and self confidence  as well as providing a platform for peer group socialisation and the formation and maintenance of new and existing friendships.

If you have any questions at this time and/or are unable to attend the event, we would welcome any questions, feedback and suggestions via email to:
